Virtual EMDR Affiliate Program

Terms of Service

By signing up as an Affiliate for Virtual EMDR, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Referral Code: In order to earn commissions, your referral must click on a link containing  your unique Referral link (which you will find under "Assets" on your Dashboard) and make a paid purchase from Virtual EMDR. Example link: https://go.virtualemdr.com/online-emdr?ref=YOURNAME
  2. Commission Structure: You will earn the:- Standard commission on the initial sale (net sale amount after any promotional codes applied)- Recurring commission on any recurring sales as long as your referral does not terminate their subscription. Should your referral terminate their subscription and resubscribe later, you will not receive commissions relating to their re-subscription.You will earn commissions only on sales from direct referrals, and not on indirect sales (i.e., Virtual EMDR does not offer multi-level marketing or MLM structure commissions).
  3. Change of Commission structure: Virtual EMDR reserves the right to change the commission structure at any time. However, you will continue to receive the commission based on the structure in existence when your referral made the initial purchase.
  4. Time limit: You will be credited for any initial sales that happen within 30 days of your referral last clicking on your unique referral link.
  5. Payment: All commissions are paid out on the 15th day after the applicable refund period has passed (for the initial sale, this is 30 days), provided the account balance due is US$50 (Fifty dollars) or greater. If your account balance is less than $50, payment will be carried over and made when the balance reaches $50. Payments are made via PayPal. It is your responsibility to set up a PayPal account to receive payments.
  6. Promotional Guidelines: You may promote Virtual EMDR in blogs, forums, directly to clients, email marketing, social media channels, videos, and other online and offline channels. You may use the Assets provided under "Assets" of your Dashboard. However, you agree NOT to:- Falsely represent yourself as the creator or owner of Virtual EMDR. Any reviews (whether in webpages, blogs, forums, social media postings, videos, emails or any marketing channel) must clearly state that it is a "Review"- Use images, videos or other content that you do not explicitly own or have the appropriate consent to use- Use any terminology that refer to, imply, or are associated with a "fraud" or "scam", or disparages Virtual EMDR or its associates in any way
  7. Removal of inappropriate promotional material: Virtual EMDR reserves the right to request an Affiliate to remove any promotional material (including ads, landing pages, reviews and postings) without providing any reason at any time. You agree to comply with any such request within 24 hours of receiving it. Requests shall be deemed received if sent to the email that you set up your Affiliate account with.
  8. Termination: Virtual EMDR may terminate any Affiliate's participation in this program at any time without providing any reason, without prejudice to valid commissions earned and owing to you at the time of termination.
  9. Governing Law: This Affiliate agreement is governed by the law of the state of Colorado.
